Mewes has really become a good actor. Talk about the find of the century.

I'm just afraid he'll be taken away too soon. That last heroin o.d. was scary. Hopefully, he's cleaned up now. It seems like he was the last time I saw him with Kevin.

Last I heard (and it was back before C2 came out), Mewes had been clean for around 6 months.

It was strange to watch him in a film and not hear the term 'snooch'.

Do you get IFC? I guess not since you were talking about HBO from Adelphia in another post...

Anyways....I saw some documentary thing on there about a 8 months to a year ago. It was like 4-5 hours long. It was Kevin Smith going around to all kinds of colleges, Yale, Princeton, NYU, yada, yada, just him in an auditorium answering questions from the masses. Mewes was with him at different schools. It was hilarious. I can't remember the name, but I'm pretty sure you can get it through Netflix. It's worth the rent if you can find it. Good stuff. Mewes talks about the o.d. and several other crazy things.

A Night With Kevin Smith. Watched it a couple of months ago. He's got another round of that coming later this month.

It's good stuff. He just seems like a guy you'd like to watch a movie with. Go to a ballgame with. Go see a band play with. Good fellow.

agree with you on that one.

The Prestige- interesting plot, pretty unpredictable ending. it's just a long movie... 8/10

One of Brown's other books- Angels and Demons is better than The Da Vinci code imho.
